England, Wales and Scotland
An authorised officer may, at all reasonable hours, enter any premises (excluding premises used only as a dwelling) for the purpose of ascertaining whether there is or has been on the premises any contravention, or any evidence of a contravention of F1 regulation 7 or a provision of Regulation 648/2004 in relation to a controlled product.
