Article 3 Transfers between districts
(1)
The area or areas marked on a boundary map as shown in columns 1 and 2 of the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be part of the relevant local government area named in column 3 and shall become part of that named in column 4.
(2)
Where in column 5 there is mentioned in relation to any area—
(a)
a city or district ward;
(b)
a county electoral division; and
(c)
a petty sessional division
that area shall in addition be transferred to that ward or division.
