Regulation 27 Review of these Regulations by the Secretary of StateI1

(1)

The Secretary of State must—

(a)

carry out an annual review of these Regulations;

(b)

set out the conclusions of that review in a report; and

(c)

publish the report.

(2)

The report must in particular—

(a)

set out the objectives intended to be achieved by the scheme; and

(b)

assess the extent to which those objectives have been achieved over the reporting period.

(3)

The first report under this regulation must be published on or before 30th November 2015.

(4)

Reports under this regulation are afterwards to be published at intervals not exceeding 13 months.

(5)

In this regulation “reporting period” in any year means a period beginning with 6th April in one year and ending with 5th April in the next.
