In section 32P of the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 (fit and proper person: criminal conviction certificate)—

(a)

in subsection (1), for the words from “criminal” to the end substitute “ Level 1 disclosure (within the meaning of section 1 of the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020). ”,

(b)

in subsection (2), for “criminal conviction certificate” substitute “ Level 1 disclosure ”,

(c)

the title of the section becomes “ Fit and proper person: Level 1 disclosure ”.
