Section 38 Power to modify definitions of Level 1 disclosure and Level 2 disclosureI1

The Scottish Ministers may by regulations modify—

including the definitions of expressions used in those sections.

Regulations under subsection (1) may in particular make modifications for the purposes of, or in connection with, enabling Level 1 disclosures or Level 2 disclosures provided under this Part to include details of information held outside the United Kingdom.
