Regulation 9 Pension sharing order not to take effect pending appeal

No pension sharing order under Part 4 of Schedule 5 or variation of a pension sharing order under Part 11 of Schedule 5 shall take effect earlier than 7 days after the end of the period for filling notice of appeal against the order.

The filing of a notice of appeal within the time allowed for doing so prevents the order taking effect before the appeal has been dealt with.
