Regulation 9 Pension sharing order not to take effect pending appealI1

No pension sharing order under Part 3 of Schedule 15, or variation of a pension sharing order under Part 10 of Schedule 15, shall take effect earlier than 7 days after the end of the period for filing notice of appeal against the order.

The filing of a notice of appeal within the time allowed for doing so prevents the order taking effect before the appeal has been dealt with.
