This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1999/2360 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 8 of the Law of Distress Amendment Act 1888^f1, and section 3 of the Law of Distress Amendment Act 1895^f2, makes the following Rules:
