(1)
The expenses of the Board of Trade under this Act shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament.
(2)
All fees recovered under this Act, and any sums paid by the administrator to any person acting on behalf of His Majesty’s Government in the United Kingdom, shall be paid into the Exchequer.
