Article 5 The parish of Haccombe with Combe

(1)

The parish of Haccombe with Combe shall be divided into two parish wards which shall bear the names Haccombe Rural and Haccombe Urban.

(2)

The Haccombe Rural parish ward shall comprise so much of the district ward of Kerswell-with-Combe as comprises the parish of Haccombe with Combe and the Haccombe Urban parish ward shall comprise so much of the district ward of Buckland and Milber as comprises the parish of Haccombe with Combe.

(3)

The number of councillors to be elected for the Haccombe Rural parish ward shall be six and the number of councillors to be elected for the Haccombe Urban parish ward shall be two.
