Paragraph 22 I1

Section 24A (orders for sale of property) is amended as follows.

In subsection (3), for the words from “grant” to the end substitute “ making of a divorce or nullity of marriage order, the order under subsection (1) is not to take effect unless the divorce or nullity of marriage order has been made final. ”

At the end insert—
