Regulation 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations–

  • “the principal Regulations” means the Divorce etc (Pensions) (Scotland) Regulations 1996f1

and, unless the contrary intention appears, any reference to a numbered regulation is to a regulation bearing that number in the principal Regulations.
