Paragraph 1
In section 16(2)(b)(i) of the M1Maintenance Orders Act 1950, for the words “under section 26 of the Succession (Scotland) Act 1964” there shall be substituted the words “an order for the payment of a periodical allowance under section 26 of the Succession (Scotland) Act 1964 or section 5 of the Divorce (Scotland) Act 1976.”.
