Article 35 Public open space at Deptford BridgeI1

As from the date upon which DLRL enters onto the special category land under section 11(1) of the 1965 Act the special category land shall thereupon be discharged from all rights, trusts and incidents to which it was previously subject.

In this article—

• “the special category land” means the land delineated on the deposited plans and thereon numbered 783, 784, 787 and 793 in the London Borough of Lewisham and forming part of an open space within the meaning of section 19(1) of the 1981 Act which the Secretary of State has certified as not exceeding 209 square metres and that the giving in exchange of other land for the special category land is unnecessary for the purposes of section 19(1) of the 1981 Act.
