Article 2
In relation to any year beginning on or after 1st April 1988, the Docks and Harbours (Rateable Values) Order 1976f1 is amended as follows:—
(a)
in article 2(2), in the definition of “the Index”, for the word “index” there is substituted the words “General Index”; and
(b)
in article 4(2)(b), “35.6147” is substituted for “140.5” as the numerator in the formula.
