Where a dog is proved to have injured cattle F3or poultry or chased sheep, it may be dealt with under ~~F4section two of the~~ M1~~Dogs Act, 1871,~~section 9 of the Control of Dogs (Scotland) Act 2009 as a dangerous dog.
