A certificate of registration issued in respect of guard dog kennels F1... shall be kept affixed in a conspicuous place in the kennels F2..., and, if default is made in complying with this Article, the person keeping the kennels ... shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £50.
