Article 8 Operational land for purposes of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990

The planning permission granted by article 3 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995^f1 for the development authorised by this Order shall be treated as specific planning permission for the purposes of section 264(3)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990^f2 (cases in which land is to be treated as operational land for the purposes of that Act).
