After paragraph 8 of schedule 3 insert—

“Additional requirement for applications for appointment of a proxy: due to a technical defect

An application for the appointment of a proxy under article 10(7) to which paragraph 9(4E) applies must (in addition to the requirements of paragraph 8) state that it is being made because the circumstances in paragraph 9(4F) apply.”.
