Regulation 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations—

  • “the 1996 Act” means the Employment Rights Act 1996f1;

  • “the 2010 Regulations” means the Agency Workers Regulations 2010f2; and

  • “contract of employment”, “agency worker” and “temporary work agency” have the meanings respectively given in regulations 2, 3 and 4 of the 2010 Regulations.
