Annex 8 (requirements for the assessment of conformity or suitability for use of constituents referred to in Article 11) is amended as follows.

(a)

after “manufacturer, or” insert “if the manufacturer is not established in the United Kingdom”, and

(b)

for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”.

In point 3—

(a)

after “manufacturer, or” insert “if the manufacturer is not established in the United Kingdom”, and

(b)

for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”.

(4)

In point 4—

(a)

after “manufacturer, or” insert “if the manufacturer is not established in the United Kingdom”,

(b)

(c)

omit “EC” in the first place it occurs.
