In paragraph 6—

(a)

in the words before point (a) for “Member States” substitute “The CAA”,

(b)

in point (a) for “paragraphs 1 and 2” substitute “paragraph 2”, and

(c)

in point (c)—

(i)

omit “agreed by all Member States and”, and

(ii)

after “with” insert “Member States and”.
