Regulation 27 Article 9 of Regulation (EC) No 550/2004

Article 9 (designation of providers of meteorological services) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1—

(a)

for “Member States” substitute “The national supervisory authority”, and

(b)

for “their responsibility” substitute “the responsibility of the United Kingdom”.

(3)

Omit paragraph 2.
