In Part B (procedure for the development of the European Route Network Improvement Plan)—

(a)

for point 1 substitute—

“1.

The Secretary of State, airspace users and air navigation service providers must participate in the development and review of the European Route Network Improvement Plan referred to in Part A of Annex I to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/123, as that Regulation has effect in EU law as amended from time to time^f1, while applying the airspace design principles set out in this Annex.”, and

(b)

omit points 2 and 3.
