Regulation 19 Revocation and repeal

The Al-Qaida and Taliban (Asset-Freezing) Regulations 2010^f1 are revoked.

In section 63(1) of the Counter-Terrorism 2008^f2 (application to set aside financial restrictions decision), paragraph (aa) (decision in connection with the 2010 Regulations) is repealed.
