Regulation 27 Revocation of approval for delegation
(1)
The FCA may revoke its approval granted under regulation 26.
(2)
If the FCA proposes to revoke its approval it must give the applicant a warning notice.
(3)
If the FCA decides to revoke its approval—
(a)
it must give the applicant a decision notice; and
(b)
the applicant may refer the matter to the Tribunal.
