Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Architects Act 1997 (Amendment) Regulations 2022.

Regulations 1 and 2 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

All other regulations come into force 21 days after the day on which these Regulations are made.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

In these Regulations “the Act” means the Architects Act 1997^f1.
