Regulation 2 Amendment of Part 1 (The Architects Registration Board)

Part 1 of the Act is amended as follows.

After section 1 (the Board) insert—

“Authorisation for Board to enter into regulator recognition agreements

1AA.

The Board is authorised to enter into regulator recognition agreements in respect of architects.”.
