Paragraph 12 Social Security (General Benefit) Regulations 1982

In regulation 2(8)(a) of the Social Security (General Benefit) Regulations 1982f1 (exceptions from disqualification for imprisonment etc) for the words from “or any naval” to “Appeal Court” is substituted “or the Court Martial, or the Court Martial Appeal Court”.
