Paragraph 13 Legal Advice and Assistance Regulations 1989

In regulation 3(1) of the Legal Advice and Assistance Regulations 1989^f1 (interpretation), in the definition of “serious service offence”, for “any of the Army Act” to “1957” is substituted “the Armed Forces Act 2006”.
