Paragraph 29 European Parliamentary Elections Regulations 2004

In Schedule 4, Part 2, paragraph 4(2)(c) of the European Parliamentary Election Regulations 2004^f1 (legal incapacity to vote of offenders detained in mental hospitals) for “section 116A of the Army Act 1955” is substituted “section 169(2)(a) of the Armed Forces Act 2006”.
