Paragraph 30 Railway (Licensing of Railway Undertakings) Regulations 2005

In Schedule 2, paragraph 4(1) of the Railway (Licensing of Railway Undertakings) Regulations 2005^f1 (good repute) for the words from “a civil offence” to “Naval Discipline Act 1957” is substituted “an offence (wherever committed) under section 42 of the Armed Forces Act 2006”.
