The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(2), 10(3) and (4) of the Armed Forces (Pensions and Compensation) Act 2004^f1.

In accordance with section 10(6) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
