Article 7a (operational suitability data) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1, in both places the words occur, after “an EU operator” insert “or a UK operator”.

after “an EU operator” insert “or a UK operator”;
(b)
in the second place it occurs, for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
