Article 8 (design organisations) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 2—
(a)
for “non-Member State” substitute “foreign state”;
(b)
in point (b) for “Agency” substitute “CAA”.
(3)
In paragraph 3, after “Member State” insert “or the United Kingdom”.
