Article 5 (exemptions) is amended as follows.

Omit paragraph 1.
(3)
In paragraph 2—
(a)
for “Member State” substitute “CAA”;
(b)
for the words from “they shall inform” to the end substitute “the CAA must revoke the exemption”.
(4)
Omit paragraphs 3 and 4.
