Article 127 Amendment of the Banking Act 2009 (Banking Group Companies) Order 2014

In article 2(1) of the Banking Act 2009 (Banking Group Companies) Order 2014f1, for the definition of “the bank” substitute—

  • ““the bank”, in relation to any undertaking, means the bank, EU institutionf2 or third country institutionf3 in the same group as the undertaking,”.
