In Article 2 (scope)—

(a)

in paragraph 1, for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”;

(b)

in paragraph 2—

(i)

in point (c), after “(CCP)” insert “as defined in Article 2(1) of Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 of 4 July 2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council on OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories”;

(ii)

in point (d), for “listed in Section C of Annex 1 to Directive 2014/65/EU” substitute “specified in Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Regulated Activities Order”^f1;

(iii)

in point (g)(i), for the words from “trading venue” to “2014/65/EU,” substitute “UK trading venue”.
