The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41(1)(bza), (1ZB), (1ZC), (1ZD) and (3) of the British Nationality Act 1981f1.
In accordance with section 41(8)(b) of that Actf2, a draft of these Regulations was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
