Regulation 34 Amendment to Article 27
In Article 27—
(a)
the existing text becomes paragraph 1;
(b)
after the newly numbered paragraph 1 insert—
“2.In paragraph 1, expressions used are to be given the same meaning as in the EU Regulation.”.
