Regulation 112 Article 114 (exposures to central governments or central banks)

Article 114 (exposures to central governments or central banks) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 4, for “Member States’ central governments, and central banks denominated and funded in the domestic currency of that central government and central bank” substitute “the central government of the United Kingdom and the Bank denominated and funded in sterling”.

In paragraph 7, in the first sub-paragraph, for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”.
