Regulation 113 Article 115 (exposures to regional governments or local authorities)

Article 115 (exposures to regional governments or local authorities) is amended as follows.

(2)

In paragraph 2, for the second sub-paragraph substitute—

“The PRA and FCA must maintain a publicly available database of all regional governments and local authorities within the United Kingdom which the competent authority treats as exposures to the central government of the United Kingdom.”.

In paragraph 4, in the first sub-paragraph, for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”.

In paragraph 5—

(a)

for “Member States” substitute “United Kingdom”;

(b)

for “the domestic currency of that regional government and local authority” substitute “pounds sterling”.
