(a)

in paragraph 4—

(i)

for “in whose jurisdiction they are established” substitute “of the United Kingdom”;

(ii)

for “of this jurisdiction” substitute “of the United Kingdom”;

(b)

in paragraph 5, in the first sub-paragraph, for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”.
