Article 128 (items associated with particular high risk) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 2(b)—
(a)
for “AIFs as defined in Article 4(1)(a) of Directive 2011/61/EU” substitute “UK AIFs, EEA AIFs or third-country AIFs within the meaning of regulation 2(1) of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Regulations 2013f1”;
(b)
for “required under” substitute “specified in”;
(3)
Omit the second and third sub-paragraphs of paragraph 3.
