Paragraph 34 Education and Employment particulars

For the main job done in the preceding seven days or, if not working then, for their last main job:–

(a)

whether working as an employee, or self-employed or freelance without employees, or self-employed with employees;

(b)

either the name of the organisation or business they worked for (including own organisation if self-employed) or whether there was no such organisation, or whether worked for a private individual;

(c)

the full title of their main job;

(d)

what was done in their main job;

(e)

the main activity of their organisation, business or freelance work;

(f)

whether or not supervising any other employees on a day-to-day basis; and

(g)

the number of hours a week usually worked in their main job.
