Article 60 Interpretation of Part VII

In this Part—

  • “land” means land in Northern Ireland;

  • “mortgage” includes a charge; and

  • “rent-charge” means a periodical payment charged on land.

(2)

Nothing in Article 61 or 62 applies to any disposition of land by way of mortgage or other security.
