Article 11 Amendment of the Sub-national Transport Body (Transport for the North) Regulations 2018

(1)

The Sub-national Transport Body (Transport for the North) Regulations 2018^f1 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2)

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) in the definition of “constituent authorities”—

(a)

for “Cheshire East Council”, substitute “The Cheshire and Warrington Combined Authority”; and

(b)

omit “Cheshire West and Chester Council” and “Warrington Borough Council”.
