Regulation 10 Amendment of the Variations Regulations

In regulation 7(5)(b) of the Variations Regulations (prescribed circumstances)^f1, for the words after “receipt of” to “of that Act)”, there shall be substituted “working tax credit under section 10 of the Tax Credits Act 2002”.
