Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Treasury make the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(3)(b) to (d), 3(4) and (5), 7(3), 8(2), 9(2) and (3), 10(2), (3) and (4), 14, 32(5), 33(5) and 69(2) and (4) of the Childcare Payments Act 2014f1.
In accordance with section 70(3) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
