Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and application

These Regulations may be cited as the Children Act 2004 Information Database (England) Regulations 2007 and come into force on the seventh day after the day on which they are made.

(2)

These Regulations apply in relation to the establishment and operation of a database under section 12 of the Children Act 2004.
